The Cabinet has changed. The Troubles Bill has not. The question now is whether new ministers will simply inherit the legislation or reshape it during its remaining stages in Parliament.
What or who the ministers are appointed it will always work against the true citizens of this country. A leopard never changes its spots. To appoint crooks that break laws and lie is a no brainer.
Thanks for the update. It comes to something when a person who wants to run the country talking about , hope, unity, etc. appoints a convicted criminal as the person in charge of ‘Propriety and Ethics’!!! Or someone who has had problems understanding how to pay stamp duty or council tax on her properties as ‘Housing Minister’. A joke.
Well brothers and sister veterans' and all those good folk that support us. This is the thing! Will this next Prime Minister, a former councillor and Mayor of Greater Manchester be fit to run the affairs of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, and present himself as an honest Statesman on the 'World Stage??'' Leading on from this, has he got the Balls to take control of this Fooking Legacy Act, dismantle it and put in place the right protective plan that will ensure the hounding of military personnel and veterans. Lawfare and all the other 'ca ca' that we veterans are being targeted by! Of course, the law has a right to deal with 'proven rogue incidents!' However, this starts and ends there! But soldiers doing their duty correctly, bravely and sometimes by sacrificing themselves in combat, so that others may live, is a 'no go' Mr Burnham! Show us that you have respect and understanding for the British Forces that protect the Land, your Land that you have signed up to do right by! So far, all we've seen is the poorest and lowest standards of Political Statesmanship. No apparent care or understanding for the veterans and citizens of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
